OUR APPROACH
Real business work needs more than a good AI answer.
The easiest place to start is often a workflow that already uses ChatGPT, Claude or an AI API. If an employee manually passes information to a model, uses its response and then performs the next action, an agent may be able to handle much of the sequence.
Other repetitive computer tasks with reasonably clear logic can also work well: data entry, drafting documents and proposals, moving data between systems, checking records and preparing summaries.
Our background is in IT, automation and software engineering. We care about reliability, data control, recoverable processes and predictable costs. Sensitive information does not need to be sent to the cloud just for convenience, and an agent should not lock your business into one AI model or provider.
We do not stop after a pilot. We study the workflow, put the digital teammate into production, and continue to operate, maintain and improve it.

How is an AI agent different from ChatGPT?
A chatbot typically responds to a prompt. An autonomous agent can carry out a defined sequence of actions using approved tools and data, with human review at important checkpoints.
Which workflows are good first candidates?
Repetitive computer-based tasks with clear rules, such as entering data, preparing quotations, processing documents, reconciling information and following up on work already started in ChatGPT or Claude.
Can an agent run on our own computer?
Yes. Depending on requirements, MyClaw can deploy local or hybrid infrastructure, including a dedicated Mac mini. Model choice, access and data flows depend on the client’s security requirements.
Does a human need to review its work?
Yes. Important decisions and external communications should have approval points. The agent can improve with feedback while accountability remains with the business.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We design, deploy, operate, maintain and improve agents after launch. Clients manage their everyday workflow while MyClaw supports the technical setup.
Do you work outside Estonia?
Yes. MyClaw is based in Pärnu, Estonia. Our primary focus is local small and medium-sized companies, but we can also work with international clients remotely.
